The past week was a cold one in Edmonton, however things are heating up at Sylvancroft!
The latest activity is that all of the scrub trees on the property have been cleared and removed in order to make way for construction of the private road and servicing of the lots. For those who want to check out the property, the lots are being re-staked and the building pocket will be easily visible. Don’t worry we kept all the magical 100 year old trees for all to enjoy!
Our next step is to undertake demolition on site with the removal of the guest houses.
