    The Original
    Archive

Ivan Beljan is archiving the rebirth of Sylvancroft, through his regular blog The Original Archive.

An opportunity that only comes around once every hundred years. Just ten lots available.

Beljan Development and The House Company are creating a collection of original homes on the grounds of the Sylvancroft Estate, just off Stony Plain Road, Edmonton.

Hidden in the trees for 100 years, this is a unique corner of Edmonton’s heritage. Beljan development believes that it can set the standard for new homes in the city for the next generation. There are just ten lots available here, eight for new original homes and the two which make up the existing Sylvancroft Mansion.
